Yes, absolutely. We can modify your pickup dates or times for an existing reservation. Your total rate may increase if your rental period is longer and it may decrease for shorter periods. Feel free to contact us if you need your reservation modified. Better yet, if your unable to make your trip, we do allow for pro-rata refunds on cancelled reservations. When you need to cancel a reservation, you have two choices. You may either receive a 50% refund of any reservation fee already paid for (60% if booked at least 2 months in advance) or you may apply 100% of your paid reservation fee towards a future reservation within the next 2 years. You may apply these funds to any location we service. The choice is yours!

You are not charged a penny until we book and confirm your reservation. Even then, payment is not required in full to make your reservation. Only your discount reservation fee is payable today to guarantee your rate and secure your reservation. See your quote for this amount. This is charged when you receive your email confirmation from the rental agency. The amount of the rental payable to the rental agency including all taxes per your confirmation is paid upon pickup via major credit card.

Our best rates are obtained when you book as early as possible.  This is when we get the best In-Airport discount rates!  Our rates can change quickly and we suggest booking as early as possible.

Yes.  Be sure to read this in full.  Keep in mind that the card billing address must match the address on record with the credit card company. Also, remember to enter the driver's name and age during the checkout process.

When picking up the car, the primary driver must present their own valid driver's license and credit card at the rental counter. The car rental agency will require a major credit card as a deposit. (Some rental locations may accept debit/check cards, see here) The card must be in the name of the primary driver, and must include sufficient available credit to secure the rental. The amount of available credit necessary varies depending on the car type and rental period and is at the sole discretion of the rental agency.  If the driver opts to purchase additional items (such as insurance) at the rental counter, additional available credit will be required.

Please note,  car rental agencies will not accept a prepaid or 'stored value' card, including those showing a MasterCard or Visa logo.


All rentals booked with us are available In-Airport Terminal or On-Airport property unless specifically stated on your reservation.

No.  Our rates do not include insurance.  You may purchase insurance directly from the car rental agency upon pickup.  We are not insurance agents and cannot advise or make suggestions on insurance.  Contact your own insurance company with questions.

Your rental includes unlimited miles unless specifically stated otherwise.

Yes.  Your rate includes all fees & taxes.  Any incidental purchases such as insurance purchased at the counter or other add-ons (GPS, prepaid gasoline, etc.) purchased at the time of pickup can increase your rate.  Any additional charges are between you and the car rental agency.

No.  Cost of gasoline is additional.

We can get discounts for drivers age 21 -24 in most markets.  There may be a 21 -24 age fee in your quote.  Please see your quote for this amount.  Drivers age 18 - 20, we may be able to help you!  Please contact us for discount quote and rental ability.  Please be as detailed as possible with your request and include your dates, time of day for arrival and departure, location and one of our customer service representatives will get back to you as soon as possible.  For rentals needed within 48 hours, please call 1-866-500-7826.

If you are flying round trip into an airport you may be able to use your debit card at the rental agency counter.  The rental agency may, at their sole discretion, perform an Equifax or other credit agency inquiry to determine if the rental will be issued when using a debit card.  Local renters (not flying round trip into an airport) cannot use a debit card when booking through our service. You must bring proof of your round trip flight itinerary when using a debit card at the car rental agency counter. 

For round trip airfare customers wishing to use a debit card, the agency may also include additional restrictions which may include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Additional debit card holds on top the reservation total
  • Car class limitations
  • Additional identification verification
